This is a bit of a weird one. It's called a white stout by the breweries, but is has very little in common with a regular stout.
Pours an unclear orange with low foam.
Smell is very vinous and fruity with a lot of white wine notes.
Taste is also very much like white wine up front. It then adds quite a bit of oak and a hint of swetness. The alcohol is very well hidden, and the finish is long and dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very tasty beer, but I'd call it more of a biere de brut than a stout.
