CAN
Hazy sunshine blonde with sticky lumps of white froth; lemon air freshener nose; Nilla wafers then grapefruit, lychee, bilberry, hints of passionfruit, and lemon verbena; light, oily, clean.
4 x 5
Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe
A modern IPA that's hazy with new school hops, but in no way a NEIPA - that's becoming a rarity these days. This is the gentler side of all 3 hops, and restrained overall - never gets too lush or even juicy. Not faded (nearly a month to the day in can) so this is the beer they wanted to make.
A less-is-more display of skill, and an easy but nuanced IPA.
