Copenhagen 15/2 2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Golden yellow can in Burning Sky’s usual design with a drawing of an hipster crowd drinking beer.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a citric scent. Peach and apricot. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is a tad watery. Bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice Yakima blend - but nothing out of the ordinary.
