Copenhagen 2/3 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Light brown Burning Sky's usual design with an old lady releasing a white Dove.
Pours unclear- almost opaque - golden yellow with a midsize white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity and malty odor mingling with a scent of zesty citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, Peach and Apricot. Grapefruit and Lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oil, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Light, juicy and dry.
