Pours a thin head on a hazy dark straw colored body. The aroma is grapefruit, pineapple and a little roasted malt. The taste has a strong pine bitterness backed up with the roasted malt. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. Quite enjoyable. The name is due to the use of Columbus hops, which is fun.
