Thanks for the great tour, even during the Packers Vikings game. Cool story and good beers to boot. It’s great to see a five years young operation doing so well!

Got a flight, could only finish one (Chocolate lab porter). Not impressed at all! Several beers were out and I can honestly say it was the worst flight I've ever had.

You can drink this with any food. There are more hops on the nose than in the taste.

Great Brewery with indoor and outdoor bar. They do not serve food onsite but have menus from local establishments who deliver.

Stooped here after picking up a few bottles of a limited release at New Glarus. While driving up this place it immediately appears that a lot of $$$ was spent. From the sweet outdoor patio to the building itself, you can tell that nothing was spared. The taproom was empty when we arrived, going to attribute that to the fact that we got there at 130pm and they just opened at 1pm (on a Friday). We ordered their 12 beer flight, which was a 4oz sample of each of their offerings on tap..... $15, decent price. Most of the beers were average with a few standouts, only one of which was not good. The atmosphere of the place was semi-corporate, I think it had a lot to do with the amount of money spent...not necessarily a bad thing it just took away from the "crafty" feeling of a taproom that I have come to enjoy. I will definitely be re-visiting this place, hopefully catching a tour next time.

I stopped by the brewery on my way home from work on the Monday evening after their grand opening. It is tucked away near the back of an office park, and, even though I could see the building, I had to drive by it and double back to get to their parking lot. Their parking is at the side of the building, so I had to walk around the building a bit to find the front entrance.
Inside, there is a small gift shop filled with tees, metal growlers (the waitress thought that they were $25), and $15 bottle openers with their logo on it. To the left is the sampling room, where you can see the brewery operations. The sampling room has one rather large, rectangular bar, with about 12 tappers, as well as about 12 smaller tables. A television was in one end...other than that, that was about it...no ambiance (yet)--designed more for gatherings and drinking...very modest. I didn't see any food or menus. Their four beers were on tap, and I asked for a flight of two beers, and was given them at no charge.
This wouldn't be a place that I'd want to spend a lot of time at, but I could see people in the business park stopping by to talk to people about beers. Their tours may be more interesting, but both Minhas and Miller's breweries have far, far more interesting sampler rooms.
