This is a golden British Pale Ale, with yeast in the bottle from secondary fermentation. So pour it carefully. If you do that, then providing it's not been moved about too violently for 24 hours you will get a nice clear pour.
The first thing you will notice is the lovely golden colour, and then the strong hop aroma. This is real hop soup. I loved it. And it's beautifully balanced by a very pale malt. The head is just right, and it laces the side of the glass all the way down to the end.
This is a new ale from a new start-up micro-brewery situated in the beer desert that is North Cyprus. I would want to give it high marks anyway just because of it's value as the only decent beer to be had in the whole country. But I am not making any special allowances here, this one is a real beauty. Lovely jubbly!
