Like the other real ales from this new micro-brewery, this needs pouring carefully because of the yeast content, and it needs to be stood still for a day or so to settle. It does NOT (at any rate at this time of the year) need to be kept in the 'fridge.
This beer is a lightweight concoction with a pleasing delicate hop aroma. Providing it is poured with care it comes out a lovely, clear, pale yellow colour with a generous head. The alcohol level, at just 3%, is belied by the surprisingly strong flavour. I didn't expect to enjoy this one as much as I do. For a lightweight session beer I think it's surprisingly good.
