Pours a murky orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Tiny particles of sediment are seen suspended in the beer after the pour. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, grapefruit juice, earth, and pine needle aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with a somewhat muddled mix of citrus and earth hop qualities all around.

Underrated IPA, this is super citrus forward, with a bit of pineapple and pine notes at the end. It's pale gold in the glass, making me think of an IPL, not IPA. Very little head or lacing. Tastes like its aroma, with good hop bitterness all over the tongue. Very light in the mouth. Really, an excellent IPA.

Locals love local breweries out here in HB, but for me I was disappointed with this one.
for an IPA, not very hoppy at all, too much malt on it with very little bitterness. More of a Lager mouth feel to it, I suppose I would try it again as mine came from a draught at a local burger place, next time will be a bottle.
