Pours dark hazy brownish gray. I get the hazy NEIPA think but they missed the mark. It looks like a home brew extract beer color.
The smell is pretty good. Very juicy with nice citrus notes. Would be more impressive if it weren’t for the heavy alcohol smell coming through.
Taste is ok. The citrus from the hops gets you quick but the more you drink it the more the alcohol booziness takes over. It sort of drownds out everything and by the end the alcohol is the only taste.
It’s not that smooth and the alcohol really bitters it up. The back end of the taste leave you with a bit of resin and dank bitterness.
Overall, it’s ok, but not something I would seek out to buy again.
