Had about average carbonation with a body that came off just a little heavy which added up to a really nice feel.
Aroma was exceptionally nice, clove and banana was out front but still left space for other elements to come through.
Taste was everything that a hefeweizen should deliver. The banana and clove were easy to distinguish yet not as overwhelming as it can be sometimes.
Overall it was a really well made beer

32 oz crowler, opened 72 hours after purchase.
Really impressive Hefeweizen here. Pale gold with a large, fluffy white head. Light haziness. Classic aroma combination of banana and clove. Great balance in flavor between the two.
The common flaw I find in most American-made hefeweizens is that the body is too thin and watery. That was not the case here. Very well-rounded with a medium-light body. Smooth, creamy, refreshing, and easy to drink.
Pretty spot on for the style. A little more mild in flavor and lighter compared to some of the world class versions but still a great brew.
