This brewery is located in a complex on the Carriage Farm. I don't know whether the building which houses the brewery is original but it nicely blends rustic and industrial elements. It has high ceilings and long tables yet it's intimate. There is outdoor seating as well. One nice feature is that the building next door houses a distillery. When we visited the crowd was multi=generational and lively. There are lots of board games available. The beer has improved dramatically since I first tried it. Flounder brews many styles and isn't afraid to experiment. I sampled the Gruit and Belgian Pale Ale; both were very good. There is a cooler with cans to go. But the best aspect of this brewery is the staff. Although the place was busy I had lots of opportunity to discuss the beer with one of the owners. When I was looking at cans he made a point of describing some of the beer to me. He even used my name (he had my credit card) which was a really nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed and will make Flounder part of my rotation of brewery visits.

located in two barn buildings that are part of the Carriage Farm complex. Inside the one barn is the serving bar and a bunch of indoor tables. then they also have picnic tables outside, both in front and in back of the building. Great selection of beer styles available, 13 beers on tap plus a few hard seltzers and craft sodas. All drafts available in two sizes, I guess they also do flights as I saw some people had them. I had glasses of their Pale Ale, Dark Mild, and a Smoked Maple Ale. All were solid. Bartenders were friendly. They don't have food but that day there was a food truck out in the common parking lot.

Very nice new space. Beautiful barn. Lots of space. Picnic tables outside on both sides. Upstairs not open when I was there but used for events. Chill atmosphere. Lots of variety of beer on tap. Everything I had was delicious. Worth visiting.

Small brewery, in a warehouse space, famous for getting a grant from Sam Adams Brewery. They have growler fills on select afternoons and evenings. check their web-site for days and hours. For a small brewery, they do have a decent variety of choices. Their signature beer is a Honey Ale, which they sometimes have available in bottles.
