On tap at Climbing Bines in Penn Yan, NY.
Pours a incredibly hazy golden yellow, with a nice golden hue, a inch head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells like banana, yeast esters, and lots of citrus, courtesy of the Cascade hops.
This one tastes pretty solid, probably the best local made hefeweizen I've tasted. The American hops give this a nice citrusy kick, some orange and mango, with the typical banana flavor, and clovey yeast.
Light bodied, crisp and smooth mouthfeel, with a medium amount of carbonation. Very drinkable.
This was really tasty, I was surprised.

On draft at the brewery.
Poured a hazy straw hue with a one finger frothy white cap.. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured lighter esters and a bright fruity citrus.
The taste was likewise subdued esters-wise but did offer a vibrant citrus hop and light wheat spice.
The mouthfeel was was typical of the style with a nice chew.
This beer is identical to Hefe Two except fermented at a higher temperature.
