On tap at Climbing Bines Hop Farm in Penn Yan, NY.
This one pours a moderately dark black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt, some smoke, and some chocolate.
This is better than I thought it would be, and not quite as thin as I expected. It is a bit too bitter/smokey, and not enough chocolate sweetness, but it does kind of have the feel of a dry Irish stout.
This is creamy, and medium bodied, with a very good drinkability.
Like most Climbing Bines beers, this isn't really top level. It's definitely one of their more enjoyable ones.

Of the six beers that I had at the brewery this was the clear winner. Pours a nearly pitch black with a creamy head. Full-bodied chocolate roasty flavor.
