Brewed with spelt instead of wheat, this beer was probably destined to fail. It should probably be classified as a hefeweizen but be that as it may, it tasted like me first attempt at a hefeweizen homebrew (under-attenuated, slightly tart, drinkable but not what you hope for with a good hefe).
