On Beer Safari in Finger lakes NY. Stopped at Climbing Bines due to local raves. Enjoyed place a nd few beers, but the Statewide Pale really deserved a note.
Collaboration beer from across the Empire State. Brewers included Schmaltz, Comm. BW; Empire; Lake Placid; Crossroads; CH Evans; Mad Jack; Browns, Rare Form and Climbing Bines. Wow. Some fun.
And then...wow again. What a nice beer. Pleasing appearance and body. Absolutely delicious... bright and fresh hops just jump out of the glass. Brewer said Warrior, Simcoe, Mosaic and then a serious dry hopping with Cascade. Just a great pale ale to have fresh on tap,
