A: Inviting, honey mustard golden yellow. Clear with chilled haze. Dancing bubbles. Disappointed with lack of any lasting head.
S: Banana runts, clove-vanilla simple syrup, green straw.
M: Med-light body. Smooth and creamy sensation lasts for just a bit. Highly carbonated and bonus points for drinkability but at the cost of feeling a bit watery. Best described as dry, crisp, and sating.
T: The wheat malt is not lost among the banana and clove phenols, and even leans toward the former. Very little residual sweetness. Dry, bubblegum and bready finish; and, for kickers a hint of grassy hops.
