On-tap at Mill House Brewing Company, Poughkeepsie, NY
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has very good retention properties and left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of lemongrass are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light flavors of lemongrass.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink. I liked how the African Queen hops contributed the aromas and flavors of lemongrass.
