A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation along with hues of amber. It poured with a half finger high off white head that gradually died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of mangos are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of herbal hops (mostly towards the finish) and hints of lemon citrus. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this APA to be especially aromatic and flavorful, particularly with the mango aromas and flavors from the Mosaic hops. It is also quite easy to drink.

Classic Pale Ale yellow amber color with a fine bubbled head and a little bit of lace and good retention. Carbonation is noticeably minimal.
Aroma is also classic, mild malt sweetness and sharp herbal and pine coney hop.
Flavor is boldly hop forward compared to the nose, tart almost sour bite is almost balanced by the mildly toasty, caramel malt but not quite.
The body is solidly medium for a pale ale which is better than watery and provides mouthfeel and heft that seems over powered by the firm hop character.
Not a bad Pale in the SN style.

Pours a semi clear golden amber color. A moderate head dissaiates after a few minutes. There is lacing in the glass.
The aroma is hops forward and evokes classic notes of West Coast APA/IPA for its emphasis on citrus and herbs. Notes of grapefruit, orange, pine and grass.
A good malt backbone is diverse and firm with notes of clean doughy malts, dry cracker, biscuit, and wheat. The balance is good with a moderate to assertive bitterness. Flavors of grapefruit rind, orange pith, peach, semi sharp pine resin, earth spices and grass. The finish is semi crisp and dry.
Medium bodied with a semi crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is moderate.
This can was from a mix 6 pack I bought on a visit to Mill House Brewery. I really liked this and it’s my favorite so far.
