Cross reference is our American Sour Pale Ale Series. It bridges a mild Kettle Sour, with an American Pale Ale, with the dry hop character of a dank IPA. This particular bridge highlights Citra hops.

Pours a clear yellow color. A thin wisp of a head quickly dissipates.
The nose opens slightly funky and with fruity notes of guava, lime, mango and papaya. The tartness comes through along with aromas of cracker, bread and lots of grassy, herbal and floral notes from the dry hop.
Tart but with a firm bready and doughy malt base. Soured fruit notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, guava, mango and peach. The palate is dry and mouth puckering with herbal spices, as this is well hopped. The finish is acidic, bone dry and with a touch of pine resin.
Medium bodied with a crisp and tingly mouthfeel due to tartness. The carbonation is moderate.
This was a nice sour, very tart and refreshing. It is also well hopped with a lovely aroma. I would have again.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left wisps of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge fo the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of gooseberries and limes from the Citra hops along with a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like it is a simple sour that is accentuated with aromas and flavors of gooseberries/limes from the Citra hops. I found it to be pleasant and easy to drink.
