Copenhagen 29/6 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Drawing of Slick guy in Leopard Tanga showing off his 6-pack. Nice detail with a beer operer for necklace.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No Lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweetish and a little metallic. Lemonade-ish odor of Wheat, citrus, orange. Hints of Black pepper.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-sweet with a little overweight to the bitter side. Lingers for a bit.
Pretty straight forward Wit with a rather strong bitter bite.

Sep. 2019: 500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 5.0%, 20 IBU. Hazy golden colour, lots of floaties in the glass. Large white head. Moderate wheaty and citrussy aroma with orange peel and coriander. The medium dry flavour has distinct notes of coriander, also cloves, moderate hops. Nice to drink. *Sampled again today, 330 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. No floaties in the glass this time, otherwise much the same.
