November 2020: 500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 6,0%, IBU 25. This is intended to be a beer to accompany Danish food, I had it on its own. Deep brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of malts, hints of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread and Danish pastry. The flavour is also malty with the same elements as the aroma, quite a bit of sweetness but not cloying, while the finish has unexpectedly distinct hops (Simcoe) with a peppery bite.
