Copenhagen 19/4 2017. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly in Middelfart. Drawing of what I suppose should look like a psychopath on the label. Looks more like a middle-aged nerd with a awkward scarf to me.
Very foamy upon opening. Pours hazy orange with a ridiculously big head. It almost nothing else than head. Settles as 4 cm thick layer of foam - foam all over the place.
Aroma is quite nice - but dampened by the excessive amount of foam. Sweet exotic fruit with citric notes of grape fruit.
Soft carbonation and medium thick texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is sour grapefruit with a semi dry finish.
Nice aroma and flavor - but irritating to be swimming around in foam.

September 2019: 500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 5.8%, theoretical IBU 500. Brewed at Randers Bryghus. Cloudy brown colour, yeast floaties in the glass. Moderate white head. Distinct hoppy aroma of pine, spruce and grapefruit. Very bitter (way too bitter) flavour, unbalanced despite some malts and fruit. Nearly undrinkable (I finished it though). Well, I was warned.
