Amber ale is a type of beer that draws on traditions from such diverse brewing nations as the USA, Belgium and England.
We have been inspired by classical music and composed the most versatile beer we could.
This symphonic beer is characterized by a dark reddish amber color and white foam.
During the overture, a score of simplicity and the scent of caramel is offered. Then follows a duet of sweet malt and stylish hops that go hand in hand into a higher unity.
After the finale, you will probably feel like a da capo, because you will experience that every sip just calls for one more. A very versatile beer that is good on many occasions. Enjoy it for lunch, for dinner or at a party with nice music.

Copenhagen 6/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Drawing of a Guy waving his arms and looking very arty. Actually it looks more like a drawing of a conductor than a composer.
Pours hazy, dark amber with medium-sized off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam that's almost transparent. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intensive, sweet and with a very light roasted touch. Sweet fruitiness. Black currants, Cherries.Caramel. Very light odor of dark roasted malts. Light sour twist in the background.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, tingling texture. Flavor is sweet followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and infused with caramel. Lingers for a bit.
Fine little caramel bomb. Could use a little more roastiness - but not bad.
