Modern, amber-colored ale with undisguised American inspiration. So bubbly that it is best caught with a lasso.
Aromas of citrus, resin, fruit and pine needles are followed by a welcoming taste with hints of malt and caramel. Held in check by a moderate bitterness.
A real pleasure beer that always hits the spot and is best enjoyed Colt when the dust needs to be washed out of the throat after a good round of cowboys and Indians.
Every sip calls for one more.

Copenhagen 5/6 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Drawing of what looks like a dorky schoolteacher dressed up as Sheriiff on the label. Quite ugly.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is citric, fruity, sharp and with a dry presence. Light odor of exotic fruit like a Peach and Mango. Stronger odor of citrus and a vinous sharp sourness.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Finish is dry.
A bit too sweet but with a nice vinous and dry quality.
