Not bad. Plenty of adjunct flavors with roasted coffee and bittersweet chocolate notes over a bitter malt base. Bit of a metallic aftertaste. Medium bodied.

At the 2017 Decatur Beer Festival.
Dark brown body, clear with a fine off-white head.
Moderate use of coffee is more evident in the flavor than in the nose.
Medium body and carbonation.

Wife picked up a growler while in NC. Pours near black with a slim cocoa head leaving splotchy lacing as we go..Dominant coffee nose. Taste is more coffee with a semi full mouthfeel. Smooth drinking with minimal carbonation. Overall a very enjoyable Porter.

Fairly dark with some brown visible on the edges. Tan head fades quickly and leaves almost no lacing. Chocolate, coffee and roasted malt in the nose. Taste is all of these but finishes with some decent bitterness. Not a bad Porter.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, brownish-blackish color with a low profile, cream colored head. Nose of coffee, subtle chocolate notes, caramel sweet, and a roasted bitter overlay. Flavors are more chocolate, with the coffee notes becoming highlights. Bittersweet, with some creamy accents. Dry and smooth in mouth, with a chocolate and coffee blend in the aftertaste. Dry, smooth finish. This is an easy drinker that stays true to the Porter style.
