22oz brown bomber, sample from the brewery.
Chocolate tone throughout, even spice to start and it lingers for a while. A big kiss of maltiness upfront but this beer is relatively dry. Lots of balance, nice warmth. A real treat to sip.

Appearance - Pours thin black with thin mocha colored head spotty lacing.
Aroma - At first it smells like a faint fruity pebbles cereal. There are also hints of chocolate and and earthy pepper smell
Taste - The taste is very unique, big earthy flavor, there is a solid pepper flavor. Chocolate and vanilla, a bit of cinnamon as well. Once I looked up what a Oaxacon mole sauce was I can taste many of the ingredients.
Feel - Medium body well carbonated getting a little heat from the peppers slick feel.
Overall - Ok I am really liking the flavors and how they were used to make this beer. I am going to rate this much higher than others based on the fact I like the complexity of the flavors and I think the taste is really well done.

Came in a goblet jet black with a half finger deep beige head atop. The aromas were light for the style of beer, light chocolate and cinnamon. The chocolate and cinnamon are a little more pronounced on the palate but I didn't get to much of the chipotle and poblano pepper heat that supposed to come with the beer,I did get some coriander as it warmed a little.Had high hopes when it was brought in front of me but a little bit of a let down.
