From the 64 oz growler direct from the brewpub. April 2015 batch. Sampled on April 18, 2015.
It pours golden yellow with a modest white head that settles back after a moment.
The aroma has a pleasant toasted malt character with a vague citrus underbelly and generally sparkling clean and crispy.
Light body but also creamy.
A nice sweet and toasted biscuit malt flavor to start with this squirt of orange zest around the edges. It tends to end dry and clean. A welcome treat after my afternoon of yard work.
