Purchased a few cans in Manchester hoping that it would be an enjoyable interpretation of one of my favorite styles. Thankfully, my hopes were fulfilled and I'll be picking up more in the near future. There haven't been a lot of Czech Pilsners appearing in the local market in recent years but, thanks to 7th Settlement, there's at least one solid new option from which to choose.

From the 16 oz. can with no date that I can ascertain on it. Sampled June 28, 2018.
It looks like a Pilsener should with a carbonated, big headed yellow golden pour. Fair clarity.
The aroma brings out a pleasant toasted grain and biscuit character as I might expect from the style with a slightly grassy or floral hop note.
The mouthfeel is close to medium and also smooth.
Clean and crisp sweetness defines the flavor of the first sip but there is a bigger and more penetrating, lingering dry hop bitterness on this than I might prefer on Pilseners. It is reminiscent of the style but the bitter threw me off.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy yellow color. Spicy floral hop one the nose. Light cracker and bready pilsner maltiness. Lightly fruity, pretty tasty.
