We brewed this beer as a tribute to all the heroes working the front lines. I think we all know a nurse, doctor, or someone in the medical field impacted by COVID19, not all heroes wear capes!

16oz undated can poured into a pint glass shows a clouded, opaque orange body with a proud 1" head of bubbles leaving sudsy lacing.

Strong tropical fruit aromas erupt from the can. Pineapple, grapefruit, orange, papaya, guava, and the flavors match.

Full mouthfeel, almost heavy, with a citric acid remainder.

Overall this would be good with an egg white, asparagus, and goat cheese omelette.

First of all, great cause to support. Pours dark and dank like a DIPA should. So aromatic. Lots of sweet, ripe fruit notes on the nose and tongue. I detect peach, mango, papaya - so tropical! Finishes slightly bitter but in a citrus kind of manner.

Can / Imperial pint glass / Paired with Porcupine meatballs (lots of tomato)

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a muffin top pint glass; no production information.
A: Pours a hazy, golden-orange color with solid carbonation and clearing, leaving a two finger, lemon chiffon head, strong retention (nearly a half finger for a while), but somewhat soapy rings of lacing.
S: Yeasty breadiness on opening. Aromas of grapefruit and pine out front with tangerine and pineapple emergent. Caramel maltiness and graininess come out increasingly as it warms.
T: Sweet. Tangerine, caramel drops, and grapefruit are emphasized. Bitterness in the background.
M: Medium bodied with good persistence of carbonation. Not boozy despite ABV.
O: I think this to be a fitting and, dare I say, delicious tribute to those who put their lives on the line during the COVID pandemic.

Kind of fizzy and a bright, almost cotton-candy sweetness.
