Take a great stout (Freedom) and throw it in a barrel. That's what Eric and Company did here with a single keg. Chocolate and coffee tastes are still there with a smooth whiskey overtone and finish. It's very smooth (like regular Freedom) and they say only 6.9% but I'm guessing it's a bit higher. Eric FINALLY does my wish, just as they're getting ready to shutter their doors. Gonna miss this place...
