This is their Trinity that was fermented with bourbon soaked oak chips. This was their first one-off batch.

Appearance: A nice clear brown color, short light tan head, leaves good lacing

Smell: Smoke, oak, and bourbon

Taste: Good smokey malts up front, with nice oak and bourbon flavors, hints of vanilla and earthy hops

Mouthfeel: Light body, good carbonation

Overall: I like this better than their regular Trinity, but both are fantastic. I like that oak chips were used rather than a barrel, because I think the flavors of the brew would be lost in that case, and the amount of oak and bourbon flavor could be well controlled.
