Carniola Brewery

My wife and I visited this brewery on 9/22/2022 after hiking the Vintgar Gorge and staying in Bled, Slovenia. This brewery is located in what appeared to be somewhat of an industrial area. The outside of the brewery had a small patio and was more modern in style than the surrounding buildings. The inside was very modern and updated and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and chatted with us about the brewery, his family, what its like living in Slovenia and offered tips on where to eat when we visited Ljubljana the next day. The beer menu, while limited on the day we happened to visit, had representation of multiple styles (red ipa, american ipa, Oktoberfest, Summer ale). All were quite tasty. Excellent experience!
