Had two 16oz taps from a wagon at the Edina Art Fair food court in hot temps.
L: Amber w a slightly soapy/creamy thin white head that goes to thick edge foam quickly, VG carbo bubbles, some sticky lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, cereal grains. Quite simple.
T: Dry hops, caramel malts, earthy grains, very lightly pale, gently rich.
F: Lightly snappy and keeps up the pace throughout, med-bodied feel that has a fast exiting finish. It is very lightly gritty.
O: A very tasty beer and I very much enjoyed it but IMHO not too close to style. I believe in time this brewery will do just fine. Work work work! It is very good.
