Received from @Dragginballs76 in NBS BIF #6 – Thanks Michael!
Undated 500 mL capped bottle stored at 42 degrees and served at 42 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 3.
Body – Normal urine yellow, clear. There is some sediment in the bottom of the bottle.
Head – None. What little forms is fizzy and disappears as the pour ends.
Lacing – None.
Pour – Light yellow – nearly colorless – clear.
Aroma – 3 - Weak and fruity.
Flavor – 3 -Begins sour (Lacto sour) with some peachiness in the background. Undetectable kiwi. No hops, no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate – 3 -Thin, watery, fizzy.
Impression and summation – 3 – Yes, this is sour with a hint of peach. Uses “Native South Carolina Yeast” in an attempt to cash in on terroir. But, like every other “Certified Organic” beer I’ve tried (Only once, thank you) it is unattractive in appearance, aroma, palate, and flavor.

Yellow like dark grain this smells mild and fruity, not very acidic on the nose. The taste follows from there, as the beer tastes juicy with nice kiwi taste that doesn't over power the light grain and yeast flavors that give it a balance of sweet, sour and some good old barn yard funk. It isn't very tart (and it could definitely go either way) but I like it in the juicer format here. Well done beer, worth the buy.

Hazy brassy orange, a few momentary bubbles that fade away fast. Looks like juice.
Aroma is lightly acidic and fruity with a little rubberband funk.
Tart peachy taste, fairly acidic with less assertive kiwi flavor.
Low carbonation, thin bodied and juicelike.
Overall its pretty good, though there's not much depth to it.

Appearance: Arrives clear and amber colored with a minimal head and no lace
Smell: Kiwi and peach tones waft with with a funky tart element
Taste: The kiwi and peach flavors intermingle with the tartness building; some funk in the middle but the finish is fruity and tart
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: A pretty darn nice fruited sour; good choice of complementary fruits
