Very interesting. Sort of a hybrid of the kolsch and West Coast IPA. There's the earthy toasty kolsch notes, then a grassy, lemon rind, melon hop character rolls through over the malts. Overall, very drinkable and quite tasty. I home they brew this again.

A: poured into a stange to a clear and pale yellow with a dense two finger deep white head that retains well and leaves decent lacing
S: smells of dry cracker malt, a little grape and a slight citrus from the dry hopping
T: taste is citrusy hops up front with a little bit of grapes, slight spicy hop as well with a dry malty body. swallow is more grapes, citrus and spicy hops
M: fairly light in body but not watery with soft but slightly prickly carbonation. this beer has a semidry finish
O: Stylistically sound with great flavors and complexity. A very well crafted beer from the folks at Great Raft.

Great fresh hop taste and aroma. Very crisp and clean finish even with the hop kick at the end. I wish I had bought another one before I left Shreveport.
