Not going to rate this to style. Poured into wine glass from large bottle. Yields 2 inch head which dissipates quickly, continues to give up bubbles. Looks like champagne in the glass, pale yellow. Smells like a saison, which I think is the yeast used here. Taste like a straight up saison with hints of lemon and coriander with a light salt finish. I like this beer, just doesn't taste like most gose I have had. Mouthfeel is nice, dry sharp somewhat spicy finish. Ashamed it is a one and done

A: poured into a weizen glass to a hazy pale yellow topped by a four finger dense and rocky white head that retains well and is slow to fade. Lot of active carbonation is visible
S: Smells of corriander and slight sourness with some lemon notes. pale cracker like malt as well.
T: taste is some banana esters, corriander, slight tartness from the lactic acid, a little lemony, and a lot of pale malt and creamy wheat. swallow is surprisingly sweet with an almost honey like syrup note with more bananas and spice. The salt addition is very well hidden but it's there.
M: fairly standard wheat beer fullness in the mouth with a nice creamy character. Carbonation is somewhat prickly and this beer finishes on the dry side of things
O: Kind of disappointing. The bottles go to a good cause but this one is lacking depth and lactic acid tartness. More like a hefe with a lot of corriander and salt.

Good looking pour. Somewhat cloudy straw color with foamy whit head. Taste is somewhat watery and is totally missing the saltiness factor. Not much tartness either. Overall, this tastes like a watery wheat beer. Great Raft usually produces top notch stuff, but this is nowhere near the mark for a Gose.

My first experience with a Gose, and definitely curious to give the style another look. As usual tho, Great Raft delivers an interesting and rather drinkable beer, if not a pure representation of the family. This one is quite enjoyable despite low ABV and mild flavors.

Pretty good as a pale ale but lacks the saltiness and tartness of a gose
