Drunk Uncle is a 50/50 blend of Great Raft's Christmas Seasonal Awkward Uncle (a Belgian Strong Dark Ale) and Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Mad Joy (a Baltic Porter).
A- Looks black but is really a dark ruby. Beautiful off white head that is really creamy. Almost looks like a nitro beer.
S- Slightly metallic. Cinnamon and spice notes. Dark fruits.
T- Christmas spice. Some oak. Maybe a little bourbon? And some alcohol.
M- Very smooth with low to medium carbonation. Kinda slick.
D- I really think I prefer this over Awkward Uncle which itself is a great Christmas seasonal.
