Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a tightly-packed group of white bubbles. Dissipates into a thin ring. Moderate lacing. Smell is of sweet citrus plus a note of banana. Taste follows but the yeast takes over. Belgian(?). Feel is light-medium with good carbonation. Overall, better than Born in a Barn.

A: A hazy yellow with about a half finger of off-white foamy head that didn't last. Frothy lacing.
S: Farmhouse funk, a bit of hay, some floral aspects.
T: Very smooth and creamy. The bottle fermentation makes a difference in producing this saison with attitude. Belgian yeast, barnyard funk and terrific floral overtones.
M: Medium to low with medium, dry carbonation.
O: Glad I got to try this terrific collaboration. The perfect drink to start off a day of parades.
