Cloudy pale yellow with a thin ring.
Apricots and fresh green hops on nose, with a wheat malt presence.
Taste is bready, yet tangy. Lactic apricot, followed by a little barnyard funk.
Light, smooth, soft and delicate.

Pours a peachy colored hazy beautiful mess. Huge apricot aroma. Loads of apricot on the palate but it still retains the gose salt and sour flavors. This is in my top 3-4 great raft beers. But it's hard to rank them when everything they make is of the highest quality.

Had on tap at the Great Raft taproom. Pours a clear, straw color with a thin, soapy white head. Moderate lace. Smell is lemongrass, lighter stone fruit, ocean air saltiness. Taste is light in the tongue. A slight lemony tartness backed with just a mild amount of saltiness. Perfect. Not picking up much apricot in the sip. Mouthfeel is light and goes down perfectly on a hot Louisiana summer day. Expected a bit drier finish but was more on the semi-dry edge. Overall, this is a way better Gose than their previous one.
