Our newest core beer is the pinnacle of refreshing lagers: an Italian-style Pilsner that features a light malt base with a nuanced hop character...extremely clean and bright with a dry and crisp finish, dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc for an expressive nose with hints of white grapes that play with citrus notes resulting in a fresh and intriguing aroma. As a bonus, a percentage of sales from this brew supports local skateboarding initiatives!

Undated can. Drank 10/23/27
Pour is a pale straw yellow with a big chalk white head. Great retention and lacing
Nose is bready malt, corn
Taste is grainy/ corny, doughy. Lightish on the malt character. Some peppery noble hops.

Mostly clear pale yellow with a short white head that dies quickly.
Stewed corn, but light on that, accented by a little rice, making it kind of filmy, but with a light, airy froth.
It's not so dry or bitter in any way I would expect or prefer out of the "crisp pilsner" it calls itself on the can. It seems more like a light lager. Not bad, but pretty forgettable.

Light golden color with good white cap.
Aroma of sweet malt and spicy floral hops.
Good, crisp, clean taste of sweet malt well balanced with spicy/floral hops.
Light texture with balancing carbonation.
Brewer calls this an "Italian-style Pilsner" and I frankly don't know what that is. What I do know is this beer tastes good in a clean crisp sort of way.

Skater Aid has a thick, spongy, white head and a clear, light-straw appearance, with visible sediment spec, throughout and heavy lacing. The aroma is of pale malt and grassy hops. It displays a somewhat bitter and slightly-sweet flavor. Skater Aid has a low-medium body and a dry finish.

Crystal clear, light yellow body; sparse carbonation; fairly thick and sudsy head, white. Very nice aroma; blend of floral and spicy elements. Very nice taste; very light malt base; more of a citrus hop flavor. Light body; a bit airy with a bit of ticklish carbonation.
This is a fine, crushable pilsner. Billed as an Italian-style pilsner, it is simple and pleasing.

I tried a pint of this beer off the tapper at 5216 Tap and Table in New Orleans, Louisiana. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain and finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
