This Hazy IPA is designed to satiate, with moderate ABV and a smooth body that ever so slightly slants towards dry. Hopped with New Zealand varietals, Pacific Sunrise and Nelson Sauvin, for a fully sophisticated beverage ripe with stone fruit, white wine, and tropical fruit notes.

Second Summer has a thick, creamy, off-white head and an opaque, gray-yellow appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of pineapple and white wheat bread. It has a similar flavor, with some sweetness and bitterness. Second Summer has a medium body and a dry finish.

Hazy light gold color with good white cap. Aroma of light tropical fruit and fresh clean hops.
Clean, almost fresh flavors of rounded, floral, fruity hops, supported by enough malt to keep things in balance. Finish is clean and has a restrained sweetness.
