Taster at brewery. Pale golden, fine head, ring. Aroma brings light fruity notes. Taste has light citrusy notes and like the Gandalf, a healthy helping of dryness. Pale malts, bready

Hazy, pale gold appearance with an average size white head that left modest lacing. Resinous, herbal aroma along with a little bit of citrus. Still finding the herbal hop factor in the taste that shifts toward a spicier finish. Lively carbonated, medium bodied, moderately bitter mouthfeel.

12 ounce can, canned on 06/17/20. My buddy Denis picked this one up for me on a recent trip. Served in a DFH Spiegelau IPA glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy dark gold color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells like pine hops, caramel, peach and bready malt. The brew tastes like pine hops, honey, bready malt, stone fruit, caramel, citrus peel and some peppery spice. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It's also smooth and easy enough to drink. I thought this was a solid IPA, wouldn't mind trying this one again in the future.

Easy to drink. Not much aroma at all and that’s a little disappointing. Picked up a fresh six pack in state for me. Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this before but I think I have had a few other beers from these guys. Slowly making a name for themselves upstate in Delaware and I see them on tap more frequently that I had in the past. Anyway, this is a nice solid IPA. Not hazy or super juicy but more resiny with pine bites. Cascade dominates. I probably won’t search this one out but will enjoy what I have and will keep looking for beers from this brewery.
Drinking again in 2021 and enjoying this much more. Great session IPA for summer when you just want a beer that is refreshing and not too thick. Not juicy but a great hop mouthfeel without a lot of malt or bitterness. Just enough that you know you are drinking an IPA.
