The 2014 bottle...aged 3 years and poured into a snifter.
Pours very very dark brown barely any light getting through on the edges. Low khaki head that dissipates.
Aromas are TONS of bourbon...roasted malt, vanilla all there.
Flavor is delightful with tons of the Elijah Craig bourbon upfront. Vanilla and roasted malt in back.
Mouthfeel was a touch thin, but overall fine.
This beer was quite delicious and really did an amazing job showcasing the bourbon, maybe does it better than KBS.
