Legends tell of an ancient storm bird from the North who brought wind, lightning, and destruction. Because I’m running out of sentences, you should know that she’s a BAMF who does what she wants. She has returned, bringing clouds to Nor’ Easter, a 7.5% ABV New England Rye IPA.

Taster at brewery. Medium golden, barely there head, lacing. Sweet, bready aroma. Taste is a bit sweeter than expected for a rye beer. This one's dry too.

Can dated 10/18/18 into pint glass. Pours a cloudy deep amber with a fluffy white head. Initial impression is citrus rind, pine resin, a hint of tropical fruit, and rye. Not as "soft" as your typical NEIPA - maybe it's the rye? Anyway, mouthfeel is medium as is carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter. Noy bad, but not your typical NEIPA.
