Couple of 25 cl tap glasses at Quartier Latin bistrot, Toulouse, France.
Arrived fresh and cold, desperately searching for its cap.
Nice nose of wet hops.
Taste is hop forward and refreshing. Good malt balance that knows its place is in the back seat. Small bitter note on the finish. It’s a stretch to call this a ‘New England’ IPA just because its unfiltered.,.
Mouth is light and lively, medium carbonation.
Overall, a tasty little beer to lighten up a warm late spring day!

250ml Keg in La Robe & La Mousse, Paris:
Quite sharp and oily with plenty bitterness, although there wasn't a huge variety to this one really. It was a pleasant enough offering that was easy-going and seemed stronger than the alcohol content suggested it would be.
