Hazy, light dirty gold color. Smaller head but good lacing throughout the tasting.
Excellent smell of sweeter pale malt (slightly bready) with a floral hop spice to the nose.
The body is rich with a lowered carbonation level. The taste is still sweet but less than the smell. The hop is less subdued but still quite subtle. The combination works well. The finish and aftertaste are well balanced beer. A great European example of a west coast IPA.
