Clear gold with a huge sudsy head.
Pine and citrus rinds on the nose. Just a really big hop aroma!
The taste offers a little less than the smell promised. Kind of watery, the taste doesn’t linger very long, though it still ticks all the boxes of a wc-style IPA. One thing of real note is cream-like sweetness upfront that offers an interesting contrast to the bitter hops.
An overall inoffensive india pale ale

50 cl can poured into a proper pint glass, in Toulouse, France.
A little disappointing appearance; a less than a finger of head doesn’t hold up well.
Nose is short too, but there are hops and a fruit note in there.
The mix of American Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus hops, balanced with Euro pilsner malt is interesting, but not intense. It falls apart toward the end if the glass. Finish brings a short bitterness and a gassy burp.
Mouthfeel is medium, medium to high carbonation.
Overall, it’s a refreshingly decent day tripper, not good value at €3.79 a can, but I would enjoy it again.

The beer pours clear straw color with little head and no lacing. There is a strong isopropanol aroma along with a faint hop aroma. Moderate bitterness which builds after several quaffs. Overall a less than average WC IPA.
