Pours a bright effervescent gold one finger of pearl colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Bready, grassy, slight citrus notes
T: Grassy, a touch of lemon drop & dry, grainy breadyness up front. Dry breadyness, lemon, a little grassyness & pears as this warms, just a touch of soapy hops. Finishes dry, with a little sweet grainyness & grassyness
MF: Medium body, restained carbonation, lovely balance
Great drinkability. seems more like a Helles to me
