Pours a thick 2+ finger head with a medium dispense. Sweet, nutty aroma, with a touch of green. Exceptionally different taste in the mouth with the Wai-Iti hops, giving it a green broccoli, coconut milk, and Chinese 5-spice flavor, reminiscent of SE Asian cuisines. Finishes off with a nice medium grain exhale and light bitters. If you're looking for "different" in a NEIPA, this should be along your route.

Hazy, cloudy, kind of milky. Smells vaguely fruity, taste follows with a vegetable taste as well. Celery, broccoli. Medium carbonation. This is good, but not as good as most NE IPAs.

Pours a hazed gold/honey with a thumb+ of eggshell colored head. Stays hazy, great lacing & above average head retention
S: A little coconut & pineapple
T: Follows the nose, but stronger, dryness & a little lime up front. Lime, coconut, dried pineapple & guava as this warms. Finishes a little grassy with lime & coconut
MF: Medium body, creamy, great balance
Wanted more nose, drinks too easy
